Exchange Policy

Garment Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original pristine condition, complete with all tags and original luxury packaging intact.

Shipping for Exchanges: To keep our complimentary delivery service sustainable, the shipping cost for returning the original item to our facility for an exchange is borne by the customer. Once we receive and approve the item, Rivaasa will cover the shipping cost of sending the new size back to you.
